Free of guilt, of shame and of other people's expectations. 

Throughout the course you will learn skillsets to:
- Validate your own experience. 
- Cultivate deep trust in yourself
- Gain the confidence to know you can navigate any situation. 
- Know how to communicate your needs and wants. 

Come home to yourself.  And live life from there. 

 

The SOVEREIGN Program:

Week One:
The foundations of Sovereignty
- Saying YES to yourself
- Owning your own experience
- Identifying what matters to you
- Having your own back

Week Two
What takes us out of our Sovereignty.
- Understanding tactics of guilt & shame
- Unravelling "good boy" and "good girl" conditioning.

- Choosing out of Hypervigilance & Assumptions.
- Decoding manipulative/unclear language
- What is actually your responsibility?

Week Three
Living a Sovereign life
- Understanding personal boundaries and cultivating self trust
- Communicating with grace, clarity and from a deep ground of being.
- knowing it's ok to be messy - embracing our humanness.
- Accountability, integrity & Vulnerability.

Each participant will have access to:
- 3 x 2 hour virtual classes per week 
- A facebook group where recorded calls will be posted and questions/reflections can be shared. 
- An individual 60 minute 1:1 mentoring session with Jo 

90 mins a week for 3 weeks 
Starting 1st April 2025
